Typical CTS products include:
CTS Temperature cycling Chambers (heat & cool).
Standard range from “bench top” to 1500 Litre. The  smallest (bench top) offers 25 litre capacity, a cooling  ramp rate of 6.5 ºC/min & 8 ºC  (one of the best single phase chambers in its class). 

Typical specifications include:

  • Temp range:               -70 ºC to +180 ºC (fluctuation better than ±1ºK)
  • Temp Change rate:    Varies upon requirement
  • Test space capacity:  25 to 1500 litre
  • Nominal voltage:        Single (bench top chambers) to 3 phase (larger)
  • Installation utilities:    Power and water (for water cooled chambers)
  • Cooling system:          Refrigeration unit
  • Heating:                      Stainless steel elements + over temp. protection
  • Available sizes:           25,50,100,200,350,600,1000 & 1500 (litres workspace volume)

    CTS Thermal Shock Chambers (rapid heat to cool & visa versa).
    Typical specifications include:

    Temperature range:       +50ºC to +200ºC (hot chamber)
                                             -80ºC to +100ºC (cold chamber)
    Temp Change rate:        10 seconds
    Test space capacity:      32 to 350 litres (350 takes 50kg test load).
    CTS Controls:    Colour touch LCD control panel with remote programming options.
     
    CTS Temperature & Humidity (temperature cycling & humidity).
    Climatic range start from 60 Litres to 1500 litres.

Well maintained, high quality equipment lasts for decades & represents a real option when project budgets are limited. All equipment are sold with warranty. Extended warranties are available.

Equipment Hire & Lease.
We maintain a stock of equipment available for lease to clients who have:-
- Short term projects.
- Specialised “one – off” or infrequent needs.
- Requirements for tests or applications beyond their own capacity.
- Capacity and loading peaks in their own facilities.
  (Some of our “lease” stock is also available for “second user” purchase.)
